All of the band's members have worked in a wide variety of rock, soul and wedding bands and performance situations in varied styles. Since the band's inception in 1993 they have been performing music as a nightclub and wedding band in New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Maine!

The band's primary focus is to play a wide range of fun, danceable songs to please all ages and tastes. From Wedding Standards, Top 40, Oldies, Funk, Rock, and Disco, Bigtime is guaranteed to get you on the dance floor and keep you there with a high-energy performance and smooth vocals. As well as being a live wedding band, the band includes DJ services and emcees your wedding or event with a personal touch that will make it memorable and enjoyable.

The band is unique in their ability to play different types of songs the way you know them, while adding just enough of their own styling to the music. Commonly, Brides and Grooms opt for a DJ to hear their favorite music in its original style, but these five vocalists/multi-instrumentalists make your favorite songs sound like your favorite songs. Because Bigtime is a wedding band as well as a club band, the material is fresh and diverse and we will always learn music for your wedding!

The band is never too loud, yet uses a professional sound system for clarity and fullness, so your guests will hear everything clearly without excessive volume. The band plays long sets and takes minimal breaks to keep your event hopping!
